Jared A. Vincent, ASLA Intern Landscape Architect
Jared brings specific experience in planning and regional design. He works closely with Professor Phil Lewis, FASLA, at the Academy of Sustainable Design, to develop and apply the Regional Design Process to the Wisconsin Landscape. Specifically, Jared brings graphic representation to Prof. Lewis' ideas regarding sustainable and regenerative options for future development. The goal of this approach is to protect and enhance our natural and cultural diversity in the landscape through the inventory and analysis of biological and socio-cultural systems as well as public education. During his education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jared also gained experience in design-build, and has specific interests in local materials and planting design. His personal interests include drumming and woodworking. He also enjoys studying the intersections between the natural and built environments through ink drawings and photography. In each design, Jared strives to connect people with their landscape by envoking all of the senses. Email Jared | ||||||||
